MEET MEENU
I started as a Christmas temp in Fields Kilkenny, and I really enjoyed getting to know the store and the team.
Since then, I moved to the Grafton Street store, where I've made lots of progress in my role. I'm responsible for overseeing the store in the managers absence and I support with training new starters. Our team is very supportive and encouraging. We're always there for each other - that's the main reason I love working at Fields!
My journey as a Sales Consultant has been exciting, and I look forward to continue to learn about the wonderful products we sell and drive sales.

MEET GAEL
I started with Fields, Grafton Street in early March, 2024. During my short time in Fields, I have learned and progressed so much. Already, I have been given my own section over the watch display which has allowed me to develop my knowledge on products, watches specifically. I have recently been enrolled and completed specialised training for luxury watch brands such as Rado, Raymond Weil and Tissot. So far I have completed the Rado training successfully with Rado’s trainer Emma. The knowledge you receive in these training sessions are second to none. You gain a wealth of knowledge and an intimate understanding of the product you are selling to customers. It personally has helped tremendously with my own confidence in talking with customers and about the products.
In this short space of time, I have also had the opportunity to partake in specialised diamond training with the Fields Diamond Workshop. Similar to the Rado training, this has helped tremendously with product confidence and knowledge. As well as the training, the team has helped with my development tremendously. Shared learning and staff assisting one another with questions and tips is not only apparent but encouraged too by management. Not only have I discovered a passion for watches and watchmaking, I have developed my skills as a salesmen more so over these few months I have been with Fields than I have anywhere else.
