Our retail management teams play a crucial role in driving the success of our business.​

They maximise sales and achieve key performance targets by leading and inspiring their teams to be their best. They have a strong commercial focus and are dedicated to driving business growth by analysing performance metrics and implementing strategies to maximise profitability. They take a hands-on approach for the day-to-day running of their stores including completing rotas, managing stock, maintaining store standards, merchandising and displaying product, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal requirements.

They are passionate about our people. Our values guide them on how to lead their teams to create a great working atmosphere and team spirit. They take responsibility for recruiting, training, and developing their teams, as well as building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

MEET LAURA

​I started my career with Fields in 2015 in our Liffey Valley store which is where I first learned that I had a huge passion for jewellery and the creativity that comes alongside it.

I was lucky enough to work under fantastic management which in turn led me on my journey to becoming a Store Manager.

There were so many resources and training courses made available that helped me to develop both personally and professionally. I was always eager to learn and upskill myself and with the help of the amazing and talented people around me I became the Store Manager in one of the highest turnover stores in the company.

I have worked with some wonderful people throughout my career and it makes me extremely proud to see the teams and people that I have developed and upskilled become managers now themselves!

MEET LEANNE

I started my career with Fields five years ago, and I’ve really enjoyed working in the company and progressing to where I am today.

My favourite part of the job is getting the opportunity to share in customers special moments with them, whether that may be the excitement of an upcoming wedding with a couple who previously purchased their engagement rings with me, to a returning customer buying gifts for their grandchildren.

When I started my career with Fields as a Sales Consultant five years ago, I never imagined I would have so many opportunities to develop and grow professionally.

The knowledge and experiences that I have gained at Fields coupled with my determination to succeed has helped me progress my career to step into a management role.

I’m excited to continue my Fields journey and see where I can progress to in the future.
