REGIONAL MANAGEMENT
Our Regional Management teams are responsible for the overall success and performance of multiple stores.
Their primary focus is to successfully lead, motivate, encourage and challenge store teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
They collaborate closely with Store Managers to drive sales performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability while keeping the customer at the centre of everything they do. They develop and implement initiatives to optimise store operations and ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, policies and procedures. They are responsible for setting clear expectations to ensure that stores perform to the highest possible standards both commercially and operationally, and they provide their teams regular feedback and guidance to support them to achieve business objectives.
Their role also involves recruiting, training and mentoring Store Managers and teams to build a culture of high performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.
