Digital and Customer Team

Our Digital and Customer Team is where creativity meets innovation. This small yet passionate team is the driving force behind everything digital - from our engaging website to our impactful marketing campaigns. They are the ones who bring our products to life online, managing everything from the intricate details of product photography to the crafting of compelling campaigns that connect with our customers.

 Each member brings their unique skills to the table to ensure every interaction with our customers is as special and memorable as our jewellery. Covering all channels our customers may discover or interact with us, from social media, emails, CRM through to trading our websites: this team uses data to drive customer engagement, influencing how our customers see and interact with our brands.

Customer Happiness Team

Our Customer Happiness Team is responsible for delivering real, heartfelt service. They're not just resolving issues; they're crafting experiences that turn one-time shoppers into lifelong customers. By developing a hands-on clienteling approach, they're pivotal in making personal connections that drive our business forward and keep our customers coming back.

 The team's day-to-day is as practical as it is varied: they tackle everything from emails to overseeing order fulfilment and returns with a straightforward goal to make every customer feel special, heard and helped. They keep our digital presence accurate and our customer feedback loop active. Every web order, refund, or query is handled with care: it’s all about making a real difference, one happy customer at a time.

MEET JANE

Ten years ago, I started as a part-time Sales Consultant in one of our stores and today, I am a Senior Marketing Executive.

I feel very lucky to work with people who have recognised my talents and encouraged and supported my professional development.

I am also continuing my professional development by studying Digital Marketing so that I can continue to learn and grow and bring new ideas to the business.

I'm really grateful to Fields for supporting me in my career and role which I absolutely love!

MEET AOIFE

I joined Fields in a temporary Christmas role and spent four years working in our stores before moving to a role in our central support team. Moving to a central support role has been really interesting as I get to see how the business operates in a different environment.

Helping customers find the perfect item whether it be an engagement ring, gift for someone or simply a gift for themselves is always so exciting. I love getting to know the customer’s personal taste along with their individual needs and wants.

Being a part of the customers journey is always so special!
